This isn't from some guy who just spends his time rambling around the tunnels of the MTA. The name is a shortened form of the blog's original title, "That Rambling Guy on the Subway, Online." Hope that clears things up for you.

Opposites Repel
Am I the only one who thinks that Tori Amos sounds like Ian Anderson in drag?
I guess I kind of sort of like the second Tori Amos album that "God" and "Cornflake Girl" are from. She usually rubs me the wrong way, and an interview I heard with her on NRP last year rates as officially the most pretentious half-hour I've ever experienced. But that semi-prog sound she had going on for that brief period sounded pretty good, and the songs have aged better than I would have thought.
Of course, I'm just going by the singles. I'll be the full album is a personal tour of sonic hell.

one hears such sounds, and what can one say but... Salieri?
